“I am against repetitions, in case when the parliamentary format has become inefficient.”- said former representative of ANC (Armenian National Congress) in the March 1 commission Andranik Qocharyan commenting on ANC member Gagik Jhangiryan’s project to create the second commission dealing with March 1 events.
“Authorities need to be pressed to live up to their promise and take real measures for exploring the March 1 events.”- added Kocharyan.
