“Aren’t there any fraud deals in your region?” – asked ANC (Armenian National Congress) MP Nikol Pashinyan the governor of Lori region Arthur Nalbandyan during the NA presentation of the budget execution. The latter excluded such things. In a follow-uo hearing of Kotayk region budget fulfillment Nikol Pashinyan was irritated by region’s governor Kovalenko Shahgeldyan’s report, who advised Pashinyan to get informed about the region on region.am website.
In answer to this commentary Pashinyan said. “I am thankful to Ms. Shahgeldyan that he pleased us by arriving, not reporting via Skype. The state budget is people’s money that you waste repeating all the time that nothing is left. You have come to NA session; you are to answer the questions. The governor should know how many pupils there are in his region or the level of emigration. We must get informed how the questions are solved”
