Russian government press service reports that the Russian government has approved Russian-Armenian protocol project on the deployment of the Russian military base in Armenia.
Russian Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee are to hold talks with the Armenian side, and in case of reaching an agreement to sign a protocol on behalf of the government, without making fundamental changes.
The protocol of Russian military base consists of 30 clauses, 10 of which are to be transferred to Armenia after entering into force.
