The Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the Foreign Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo Raymond Tshibanda to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The two ministers discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the framework of international organizations and the work of preparation for the summit of the “l’Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie” held in Kinshasa in October.
