Azerbaijani media reports that the head of the EU Representation in Azerbaijan, Ambassador Roland Cobia, commented on the resolution by the EU on the Ramil Safarov Case and added that being an independent organization, the EU is “free to express opinion on any case”:
“We sometimes share its opinions but sometimes not. The Ramil Safarov Case remained behind the times, we should look forward”.
