Azerbaijani media reports that today Azerbaijan and Indonesia mark the 20 years of diplomatic relations between the countries.
As reported, Ambassador of Indonesia to Azerbaijan, Prayono Atiyanto, noted in his statement that the countries have developed strong political relations at the bilateral and international level.
According to him, Indonesia is currently one of Azerbaijan’s major trading partners.
Indonesia intends to promote direct trade with Azerbaijan and wants to enhance its investment in energy and tourism cooperation. The two countries recently have agreed to establish a Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation in the near future,
