Azerbaijani media reports that Ilham Alliyev had organized the fourth conference with the heads of diplomatic missions and during it announced that the resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is the main issue for Azerbaijan.
“The main problem that faces our country is Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Armenia wants to keep the status-quo and continue the negotiations. I appreciate the statement of OSCE Minsk Group, which said that the status-quo is not accepted and it should be changed” said Alliyev and added “I hope they will do proper steps in order to change the status-quo”.
