According to the Press and Information Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, in October, the former president, former Foreign Minister of Switzerland Micheline Calmy-Rey will read lectures at Tbilisi State University (TSU).
This issue was discussed in the course of Friday, September 21, meeting in Tbilisi by Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze and Ambassador of Switzerland to Guenther Baechler.
“The meeting discussed issues of cooperation between Georgia and Switzerland. Special attention was paid to the visit of Micheline Calmy-Rey, who will arrive in Georgia in October to give a lecture at the Tbilisi State University named after Ivane Javakhishvili, “- was said in the statement.
The themes of the lectures of Micheline Calmy-Rey will be “Relations between Switzerland and the EU” and “Neutrality.”
