On September 21, in the framework of Armenia’s National Day in Bucharest Armenian cultural center opened an exhibition dedicated to the 500th anniversary of typography. The exhibition is focused on the history of Armenian typography in Romania, as well as the development of the investment of Armenians on Romanian literature.
In the cultural center of Bucharest at the exhibition opening ceremony the RA Ambassador to Romania Hamlet Gasparyan and Romania’s Parliament Speaker of the House of Representatives Valeriu Zgonea welcomed everybody.
Armenia’s Ambassador to Romania Hamlet Gasparyan praised in his speech the readiness of Romanian ministries of foreign affairs and culture, as well as of national heritage.
“Scientific and cultural events are considered to be an important tool in the interstate relations between Armenia and Romania, and in terms of development, “said the Ambassador of Armenia.
The event of Armenia’s National Day was attended by Romania’s Constitutional Court President Augustin, Foreign Secretary Dan Petri, other high-ranking representatives of the executive and legislative authorities, ambassadors, politicians and public figures, mayors, heads of religious, business environment.
