“Hraparak” daily writes that Vahe Hovhannisyan, former consultant of Robert Kocharyan, is Tsarukyan’s one of the most trusted people.
As reported, Tsarukyan listens to his advices. We should recall that on Tuesday, in Cognac factory, there was a mini-meeting between PAP members, and during the meeting Vahe Hovhannisyan offered to place Soghomon Tehleryan’s monument in Tsitsernakabert and added to put another monument with empty statue.
“I suggest putting the monument of the person who kills Safarov” said Hovhannisyan.
Gagik Tsarukyan in his turn refused to accept the offer saying:
“Safarov needs to be alive in order to support the realization of our plans, since by his “help” we can show what kind of country Azerbaijan is.”
