Director of the Institute of CIS Countries , Konstantin Zatulin, had earlier stressed that Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, would come to Armenia on September, but, as we see it didn’t happen.
A journalist of “Armenian Times” phoned to Kremlin, in order to find out the reasons, but they didn’t say anything why Putin is not going to visit Armenia.
We should recall that starting from May; the talks about Putin’s visit to Armenia had already started. At that time it was said that on September 7 or maximum on September 17 hewill be in Armenia on an official visit, but still we have no news from Russia.
