President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on September 19 sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov for the 22th anniversary of independence. The telegram reads:
“On behalf of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic authorities and the people I congratulate you and all the people of the Republic of South Ossetia on the 22th anniversary of independence.
During the years of independence the Republic of South Ossetia has reached significant achievements in state building, economic development, and raising living standards. I am sure South Ossetia will have a bright and secure future.
Once again, I congratulate you and the entire South Ossetian people on this important occasion. Peace and prosperity to the brotherly people of South Ossetia. ”
