Yerevan’ s efforts to open an airport in Stepanakert will harm the negotiation process. Elman Abdullayev, the spokesmen for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan stated this during his briefing to journalists. Abdullayev noted that such steps show Armenia having no interest in the negotiation process. “This fact must be strictly condemned by the international community”.
