The deputy chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party (NYP) ,Mubariz Qurbanli , told Azerbaijani media that the appeal, signed by the political parties in Azerbaijan, have been sent to the European Parliament and added that besides the EP, the appeal has also been sent to all party leaders of the parliament and parliamentarians that voted for the resolution against Azerbaijan.
The appeal reads that the political parties in Azerbaijan support bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and European Structures. The document says that the EP resolution on Ramil Safarov’s extradition and his pardoning by Azerbaijani president serves for the national interests of Armenian Lobby.
As reported, the appeal was signed by the leading parties of Azerbaijan.
Needs to be noted that European Parliament voted for a resolution against Azerbaijan concerning the case of Ramil Safarov, an Azerbaijani officer whio axed and killed an Armenian officer during a military training organized by NATO in Budapest. European Parliament expressed regret over Azerbaijani president’s pardon of the murderer.
