On September 16th the first regional session of the Coordination committee for the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide took place in Canada.
The representatives of traditional Armenian parties in Canada, members of community organizations and religious figures took part in the session. During the meeting main issues of the commission were discussed, several offers were raised, as well as an administration was created to regulate the problems.
