Recently the fee for renting a room is going up in Yerevan city due to the Syrian-Armenians’ arrival” writes “Zhamanak” and adds :
“Those who want to rent a house say that the prices have increased by about 30 %. For example, if you want to rent a normal furnished, a one-room apartment in the center of Yerevan city, you must pay more than 100.000 AMD for a moth”.
“Zhamanak” also informs that recently more Azerbaijani citizens arrive to Armenia, especially from Iran, as tourists.
