As Presidential elections approach, there are rumors that Robert Kocharyan may be the ANC-PAP candidate. Armenian news agency asked ARF member Vahan Hovhannisyan whether it is possible or not. “What can I say, if you imagine that Robert Kocharyan can agree to become ANC member…?”
To the next question whether ANC will agree to accept him as a member he gave a positive answer. “I think that Robert Kocharyan will not agree to become the ANC’s candidate, of course, if he decides to be a candidate at all, which I also doubt.”
