“The people of Nagorno-Karabakh cannot feel secure in a country where soldiers practicing firing hit targets called Armenians”, Armenia’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian stated this during his meeting with David Lidington, Minister of State of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Nalbandian noted that the right for self-determination comes not only from UN statues and is not only an important norm of international law but has an important role as a security guarantee. Nalbandian further stated that people of Artsakh cannot be secure also for the fact of Ramil Safarov being a role model for Azerbaijan’s policemen.
