Today Vahan Hovhannisyan, NA ARP MP, had a meeting with the journalists, during which he talked about the problems facing Syrian Armenians. He informed the journalists that the party has just launched “Help your brother” political initiative, is which its great contribution had Artsakh.
Member of the party Lilit Galstyan also mentioned that moral and emotional basis is a priority for them as no Armenian can be ignorant to the problems of Syrian Armenians. “We hope that we can help not just the Syrian Armenians, but also all Syrians”.
Armenia Apostolic church has its important role in the initiative. Vahan Hovhannisyan also noted that there is no need to connect the initiative with a special party and everybody is welcome to join. He hopes that this initiative could unite all the political forces.
