The former chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of National Assembly of Armenia, board member of the National Movement, Hovhannes Igityan, had a meeting with journalists of “168 zham” and talked about Armenia’s further steps after the resolution, made by European Parliament:
“This is a good moment for Armenia to stay calm and not to do critical steps. We mustn’t think about revenge, we can’t act like Azerbaijan, and do the same thing towards them. We must show the international organizations and the whole world that we are really a civilized and democratic country. Azerbaijan pretends that it is such a country, but all of us know that it is not the country the way it shows itself, they are just acting! ”
We should recall that recently the European parliament has accepted a resolution about Ramil Safarov’s pardon and extradition expressing regret that Azerbaijan glorified a murderer.
