On September 17 State Minister for Integration into European and Euro-Atlantic structures Tornike Gordadze went on a working visit to Brussels.
According to the apparatus of the State Minister, his visit includes meetings with the Deputy General Secretary of NATO Alexander Vershbow, NATO Special Representative of the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai, Deputy High Representative for Foreign Affairs Helga Schmidt, Executive Director of the Europe and Central Asia, European External Action Service Gunnar Wiegand. In addition, Tornike Gordadze will meet with members of the President of the EU Council, the European Commissioner Stefan Fule and EU High Representative Catherine Ashton.
“At these meetings, the parties will consider the dynamics of the process of Georgia’s membership in NATO and the integration with the European Union,” – was said in the apparatus of the State Minister.
