Azerbaijani media, citing the announcement of Defense Ministry, reports that Azerbaijan and Lithuania, on Monday, during the visit of Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Safar Abiyev, to Vilnius, at the invitation of the Lithuanian colleague Rasa, Juknevičienė, Azerbaijan and Lithuania have signed an updated military cooperation agreement.
As reported, the two countries agreed to strengthen military cooperation.
The agreement was reached at a meeting of defense ministers of the two countries.
During the visit, the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan plans to hold meetings with officials of Lithuania.
