Georgian media reports that a legal body of public law, the National Agency for State Property, will begin operating under the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development from Sept. 17, which will operate in the area of the privatization of state property and the transfer of rights to use and govern enterprises with state participation.
As reported, the agency office is located in the House of Justice in Tbilisi.
The Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development will control the National Agency for State Property.
