On September15, in Stepanakert, capital of NKR, a meeting was held between Armenian political parties and NKR political parties, on the theme of “Political parties in democratic systems”.
The president of NKR, Bako Sahakyan gave the opening speech of the meeting.
”Dear participants of the meeting,
I’m pleased to say that this meeting is very important for our nation, since the role of strong and established political parties, in the development and progress of the county, is great.
I’m sure that by such meetings we will be able to solve the problems which face our nation. We must solve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and announce its independence. We must make all the countries recognize Armenian Genocide.
I’m sure that the meeting will solve all the problems, which we have put on agenda. I wish all of us to have success in our work.”
