“Even though the Garnarich village is about 50 km-s far from Gyumri city, the villagers get to Gyumri for about 3 hours. The reason is the bad roads. Last year Tigran Sargsyan, Armenian PM, promised to repair the roads, but till today, no works have been done” – writes “Hraparak” and adds:
“The villagers don’t actually believe PM’s words, but they hope that he will reconstruct, because , according to reliable sources, he wants to build a new big house on Arpa Lake shore, and naturally he must repair the roads, since, at least, the way to his house would go from that
road .”
