Briefing to journalists today U.S. Ambassador to Armenia touched upon the issue of Armenia being included in the list of countries threatening to the lives of U.S. citizens. Ambassador Heffern noted that the news about Armenia’s inclusion into the list is not complete. “This is happening all around the world and Armenia is one of the countries. At this moment already 50 embassies have warned their citizens on possible threats.” Noted Heffern. Recall the information about Armenian being included in the list of life-threatening countries appeared right after the tragic death of U.S. ambassador to Libya as a result of mass protests against the embassy.
