“The information concerning Armenia being in the list of 40 states dangerous for U.S. citizens is false” Chairman of Armenia’s National Security Council declared today in a news briefing with journalists.
Baghdasaryan (chairman of NSC) noted that U.S. Embassy in Yerevan has not confirmed the fact.
In Baghdasaryan’s words “in terms of security Armenia is one of exceptional countries and this has been verified by NATO report on Armenia as well by EU report on Armenia.
Both are official documents which note Armenia’s significant progress in terms of security.” Chairman of NSC as well noted that Armenia has never dealt with terrorism and Armenia has never been included in reports indicating sources of terrorism.
