The deputy FM of RA Shavarsh Kocharyan presented to the approval of MPs the protocol signed by RA president Serzh Sargsyan on December 20 in Moscow on installing military infrastructures in CSTO member countries.
Kocharyan noted that the protocol is to ascertain the mechanisms letting a member country to install in its territory military objects and infrastructures of another, even non-member country. “The past drawback on this issue is to be solved by this very protocol, according to which official refusal may result in not setting up military bases of CSTO non-member countries.”
