Georgian media reports that today, September 12, Estonian Foreign Minister, Urmas Paet, arrived in Tbilisi with the purpose of signing an agreement on readmission with Georgia and to discuss Georgia’s prospects on the way of European integration and accession to NATO.
“We hope that Georgia and the EU will sign an agreement on free trade and a visa-free regime by late 2012 or in 2013,” said Paet and added “Estonia is ready to assist Georgia in this issue.”
As reported, after some hours Paet is going to meet with his Georgian counterpart, Grigol Vashadze.
The source informs that Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister ,Nino Kalandadze, , commenting on the visit of the Estonian Minister, said “We hope that this visit like the previous visits of Estonian Minister will be effective”
