RA President Serzh Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with the President of the European People’s Party (EPP) Wilfried Martens.
According to the Presidential Office website, Serzh Sargsyan and Wilfried Martens referred to the fact of secret transfer from Hungarian capital Budapest to Azerbaijan Azeri Ramil Safarov, who brutally killed the lieutenant Gourgen Markarian in 2004.
The parties also discussed the resulting situation, talked about regional developments and challenges. RA President and EPP president also discussed issues of the upcoming meeting of the EPP Political Assembly held in the Romanian capital Bucharest and the EPP regional summit.
