The deputy FM of Georgia Nino Kalandadze considered announcement of the representative of Russian Foreign Ministry Lukashevich as interference in another country’s inner politics referring to the Swede FM Carl Bildt’s statement on Georgian elections.
“Such severe announcements are attempts to dig deep into our inner politics, to be active part of our politics as before.”- announced Nino Kalandadze in the interview with TV channel “Rustavi 2”. “I don’t think they expected something different from our US and European colleagues, as all the civilized representatives confess that active interference in other county’s politics is unacceptable, as in case of Russia.”- marked Kalandadze.
According to “Rustavi 2” information Swede FM Carl Bildt announced off possible results of post-electoral protests on September 5. Bildt found strange the position of a part of opposition that the results of elections will be clear not in polling stations but in street protests. Bildt urged all the political parties to accept the results of the elections.
