The former “prisoners of conscience” of Azerbaijan decided to found a Human Rights organization. As the administrative committee of the organization reports, among the founders of the structure there are the former 12 “prisoners of conscience”. Each of them will present a report on the situation of the rights of those in detention centers.
Based on this material a report will be prepared to send to the local and international organizations. This organization aims to protect the rights of illegally arrested people on political, social, religious motives, rights of journalists, lawyers, and even of those activists who are threatened by arrest.
