The youth NGOs of Artsakh have spread an announcement, which is provided below:
“We, the members of Artsakh youth NGOs, express our concern about the extradition, pardon and glorification of Azerbaijani murderer having brutally axed the sleeping Armenian officer in Budapest in 2004. Before expressing our position and carefully following the reaction of different countries and international organizations and also assuring that this anti-Armenian and xenophobic activities of Azerbaijani society and authorities are not something new, and welcoming the condemnation of Azerbaijani and Hungarian activities by different countries and organizations, we say that condemning announcements are not enough to refrain from repetition of such cases, and we urge:
The countries and organizations condemning the fascist behavior of Azerbaijan to stop the cooperation with all the governmental and non-governmental Azerbaijani organizations
The countries providing arms to Azerbaijan to stop arm provision to fascist Azerbaijan, as everybody must perceive that the arms sold to Azerbaijan are directed against the peace in the region. Selling arms to a country that glorifies murder on ethnic grounds is a similar crime.
International organizations and countries to establish/activate relations with the state organizations of Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Artsakh society up to NKR recognition for the sake of Artsakh people security and the protection of other main rights. “
