As the Azerbaijani Haqqin.az internet paper report,s Armenian bloggers have been spreading a cartoon in social network about the notorious Ramil Safarov since yesterday.
The Azerbaijani internet paper urged their directors to shoot a cartoon like that to show the failure of Armenians.
