“What has happened was exceptional but expected. After intensive anti-Armenian campaign of Azerbaijan, killing an Armenian is not a crime for Azerbaijani Turks. It gradually becomes part of state ideology.”- said military expert Davit Jamalyan during meeting with journalists.
