NKR recognition is the way that will give chance to protect Armenia’s interests. This viewpoint was expressed by the deputy president of “Heritage” party, former MP Armen Martirosyan referring to Ramil Safarov’s extradition.
According to him Armenia must take immediate steps as we deal with such phenomena as racism, xenophobia and national security. He said that Azerbaijan is a country that still has a hostile treatment towards Armenia, we are in a situation of physical danger, and Azerbaijan aims at physical elimination of Armenians, as in Sumgait and other places. “The steps to be taken must arise from this, we must cooperate with different countries by various formats, we must produce peace.”- said Martirosyan.
Referring to the primary reaction of RA president Serzh Sargsyan about ceasing diplomatic relations with Hungary, A. Martirosyan said that he agrees with president’s high note because in such situation it was adequate. The announcements that followed can be divided to ones not so certain and the ones that are too strict.
“NKR recognition is the way leading to the protection RA interests. NKR independence recognition would be the start of its universal recognition”- said Armen Martirosyan.
