The article, which was written by Azerbaijani professor, Raman Badalov, shows that there are some sober-minded people in Azerbaijan, who are really concerned with their country and nation. It is obvious that this kind of people are very few in Azerbaijan. The majority of Azeris are full of hatred.
“Aravot” writes that Azeris are not the only nations, who are full of hatred and can do nothing to avoid that psychic situation which is in their country and their minds. As you remember, in 1930, the same thing was among German people against the Jewish. What happened as a result? You know what happened. Otherwise wouldn’t have been, since killing a sleeping person is just because of hatred. They can do such steps with a sleeping person, but to win a war with hatred they won’t manage. At that time, they become sober.
“I’m far from the idea that our nation is full of hatred towards our enemy, but we can’t say for sure that the majority makes decisions that are always true. For example, how many of you think that Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be solved in peaceful manners.
Let’s for some time put away the international relations, and think, how will be the reaction of so called “majority” if during a meeting with them, surely not official, you say that the free market economy is better than in the “soviet” regime, say that in recent years we have progress in press, and people can freely share their thoughts, or say that it is better to go shopping in Supermarkets than in “wagons”.
If you don’t want to have a conflict with majority you should just “shut up” and listen to what they say.
