The Catholicos of Armenia his holiness Garegin II on September 6, in Holly Etchmiadzin, received the newly appointed ambassador of Germany to Armenia, Rainer Morel.
During the meeting, the Catholicos of Armenia, his holiness Garegin II congratulated Morel for the post and wished him to have success in his position.
Garegin II also expressed gratitude towards the Germanside for good cooperation with Armenia and Armenian people.
In his speech the Catholicos of Armenia, his holiness Garegin II introduced the ties which exist between Armenian church and German church.
During the meeting both sides torched upon the issues which have regional importance.
