This is a crucial point in NKR regulation process. Such viewpoint was expressed by an expert of political studies Stepan Grigoryan during his meeting with journalists referring to possible developments of Ramil Safarov’s extradition.
According to his words, in such cases it is accepted that the ambassador is called back, in this case from Hungary, this is considered to be a force-major. But according to the expert RA took a more proper step. He thinks that many people don’t realize the urgency of the issue.
“Ceasing diplomatic relations is a corresponding step, calling the ambassador back wouldn’t be enough. The majority don’t feel that this a crucial point in NKR issue. Freeing Safarov is a qualitative breakthrough in NKR regulation process.”- elaborated Stepan Grigoryan.
The speaker gave importance to parliamentarians’ steps, which must start from “Euronest”.He is sure that we mustn’t take part in the work of this institution until Euro council makes an announcement.-
