“Sure Yes”: Head of Heritage Fraction Ruben Hakobyan responded to Aravot Daily’s question about Armenia’s need of recognizing Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. As Hakobyan stated there have been developments which point the issue of recognition to be brought forth. Needs to be noted that today MP from Heritage Party Zaruhi Postanjyan re-submitted to the National Assembly circulation the bill on recognizing Nagorno Karabakh Republic. By the adoption of the law, Armenia―based on the fact that theArtsakhRepublicpossesses all of the prerequisites of a sovereign state that are pursuant to the norms of international law―will de jure recognize the de facto status of Artsakh.
