“The authority is however a sweet thing, both for the ones who were “serving for the people” and for those who were “grabbing and ravening”. As you noticed I took the 2 expressions in the prentices, since the authorities usually say that they were doing the first thing for the people, but we know surely that there are a lot of people who belong to the second group. For example, The mayor of Gyumri, Vartan Ghukasyan, says that he will give the city to the next mayor in “extraordinary” condition. This is just ridiculous, since as we know there are thousands of people who live in Gyumri in so called ”temporarily” cottages, and after this he can let him say such thing? Maybe we are kind of hurrying, yes, there are “extraordinary” places in Gyumri, why not? His properties, which bring a lot of income but only to Ghukasyan’s famly.
I’m talking about his own profitable businesses, which are in Gyumri. In this case we agree once again that politician and the authority, is a very “sweet” thing. Anyway, Ghukasyan should be very attentive to his businesses, since the next authority of Gyumri may have a great “appetite” toward them. We hope that such occasion won’t appear in Gyumri, otherwise it will bring huge tensions in the city. ”
