Question. Mr. Qocharyan how you will explain the fact that Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on August 22, in Bishkek during the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Turkic republics, has announced that Nagorno-Karabakh problem should be settled within the frameworks of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity in accordance with international law.
Answer. It is obvious that professor Davutoglu, becoming the Foreign Minister, has minimized his knowledge of international law field. According to the well-known norms of international law, territorial integrity cannot oppose the right of people of self-determination. Such nerrow-minded approaches of Turkish Foreign Minister, is the result of being guided by the ideaology, that Turkey has zero neighbor without problems.
