Today RA appeal court, presiding Judge Henrik Ter-Adamyan, postponed the investigation of the protest of Tigran Atanesyan, representative of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanyan, against the court’s decision of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts. The session was canceled because of the absence of Tigran Atanesyan. The latter told “First News and Analyses” that the next meeting will be on September 3.
Note that the court of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts, presided by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, rejected the request of Oskanyan to stop the NSS inspector’s decision to run criminal case for money laundering.
“Civilitas” foundation President, member of the National Assembly and PAP Vardan Oskanian and his representative believe that the decision of the criminal case violated V. Oskanian’s rights.
