Iveta Tonoyan, the spokesperson of Gagik Tsarukyan, Head of the PA party, has delivered a statement concerning the president of Political Union of Armenia, Hmayak Hovhannisyan.
The statement is presented below:
“The fact that Hmayak Hovhannisyan was represented in the proportional party list, is true, and it was suggested by G. Tsarukyan, and it could not have been otherwise.
Hovhannisyan certainly is not lying about this, but what concerns the other things, he could have been enough honest and confess about the real reasons for rejection. The thing is that Hmayak Hovhannisyan “Shows his true face” once again, who is used to maneuver between the different political forces.
Definitely there are the real reasons for rejection, and it was submitted to Hovhannisyan, which showed his political non- decency, and because of it, he, without saying a single word, rejected to participate in the elections.
Certainly in case of Hmayak Hovhannisyan it is difficult to talk about political decency, since he doesn’t know what it is, but perhaps there is a true saying that political immorality is a chronic disease, and in case of Hmayak Hovhannisyan, it is incurable.”
