The chairman of the “For the Republic” party, Arman Babajanyan, wrote on his Facebook page:
“Today, the presentation of the pre-election program of the “For the Republic” party took place, during which we hosted Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, the leader of the Belarusian democratic movement.
Her presence became not only a great honor for us, but also a clear political message: people fighting for freedom, democracy, and sovereignty are standing together, for the same values and the same future.
This meeting once again confirmed that Armenia should and can be a full-fledged part of the democratic world: confident, dignified, and sovereign.”
