The Russian Foreign Ministry reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
“The foreign ministers discussed the current state of international relations and Russian-American relations, as well as the schedule of bilateral contacts,” the statement said.
