US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has said that Iran’s attacks on merchant ships do not mean the end of the ceasefire. According to him, Tehran’s actions at the moment are of the nature of “harassment”, and the final decision to resume military operations is political and belongs to the president.
Hegseth stressed that the United States will continue to defend itself aggressively, and Iran is well aware of this. At the same time, the minister’s office denied the rumors circulating that Iran is allegedly using “kamikaze dolphins.”
