Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that France and President Macron stand by Armenia.
“And today we can say that the ‘North-South’ superproject is already getting ‘flesh and blood’. We are already imagining the steps we will take to put the road into operation fully,” the Prime Minister said.
According to him, the “North-South” is one of the most complex sections, and its implementation requires specialized skills and abilities.
