On the afternoon of May 5, all four Moscow airports – Vnukovo, Domodedovo, Zhukovsky, and Sheremetyevo – were restricted from accepting and departing passenger flights. According to a statement issued by Rosaviatsia, these measures are necessary “to ensure safety.”
