Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the signing of the strategic partnership agreement with France.
“If we have done so much without an agreement and a document on establishing a strategic partnership, without a strategic partnership, I can only imagine what successes and achievements await us after establishing a strategic partnership agreement,” he said.
Pashinyan also recalled the role of French President Macron in the process of normalizing relations with Azerbaijan, emphasizing that the most crucial event for Armenia is the establishment of peace in the region. “The Alma-Ata Declaration, which is already a legally binding document, is included as the most important principle of demarcation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which is also recorded in the pre-signed peace agreement.”
